バックは全て鉄製で表面にメッキをしないことで、時間が経つことに錆びていく。1920年代

Tらしく、直線的なパターンでありながら、適度な立体感が出るシルエットになるよう工夫を凝らした。旧式力織機で制作したオリジナルのシャンブレー生地を使用。ヨコ糸に黄ばんだ色に染めた米綿の糸を使用し、ビンテージの経年変化を表現した。仕上げに脱脂ワッシャーでより荒々しい雰囲気にした。
