1970s Silver Applique Velvet Victor Costa Gown designer-todd-oldham I know the pictures cannotThis late seventies gown from Victor Costa is pretty fabulous. I am not normally a huge fan of velvets but for some reason the edgy mix of the black edged silver lame detailing puts this gown into a category all on its own. It is cut to hug every curve and follow the lines of the girl wearing it. It has a sexy rounded and scooped bodice that gives it an Old Hollywood feel and I love how the silver detailing is set so it trails up and over the top
