Taking two hours out of the week for breaks might be a necessary evil in order to relieve the stresses that the working day inflicts on employees but, in my opinion, that is not a valid excuse though because all employees regardless of whether they smoke or not are under the same stress but yet they dont have the opportunity to take fresh air breaks
