Often dubbed the "Chardonnay of Nova Scotia" Aromas of lemon and lime rind, white blossom, and orchard fruit, with a hint of brioche and that unmistakable Nova Scotian note of sea spray and marine minerality. The palate is crisp and dry with a fine, silky mousse, bright green apple acidity, white peach and Asian
